Refund And Return Policy

We hope you love the items you ordered! However, if you’re not satisfied, we’ve made the return process very simple.

Most items on jiajing.ltd can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, with some exceptions (see Non-returnable Items below), provided they meet all applicable return requirements.

Return Requirements for Eligible Items

All 3C electronics: Phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, headphones, smartwatches, gaming consoles, and other 3C electronics must be returned in new, unused, and unactivated condition, and in their original packaging.

If these items arrive damaged, fail to power on, or malfunction within 30 days of the delivery date (not due to misuse or other actions by you), please contact us immediately and return the item within 30 days of the delivery date using the original packaging and including all manuals and parts. We will inspect and test the item upon arrival at our warehouse. If our tests determine the product was damaged, failed to power on, or malfunctioned due to customer misuse, tampering, or other customer actions, or if the returned product is missing parts, manuals, or original packaging, the return will be denied. If you require repairs, you may choose to pay for them.

Note: If you have stored any personal information on the electronic device you intend to return, please ensure you fully delete it according to the instructions to protect your privacy before returning the item.

All Other Categories: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Any other items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, order cancellations for custom items are not supported.

Return Quality Inspection

  • When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria and satisfies the applicable return requirements outlined above. If the item passes our quality inspection, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item does not meet the return eligibility criteria or fails to satisfy the return requirements outlined above, we will deny the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

If a return is denied, we will ship the item back to the same address specified in the original order and deduct the return shipping cost (if any) from the refund amount of other items in the same order. If there are no other items, you will need to bear the cost of shipping the rejected return back to you. Please contact customer service for specific details.

  1. In certain cases, we reserve the right to issue a refund for a denied return at our discretion rather than shipping it back to you.

  2. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact jiajing customer service promptly after receiving it.

Return Shipping Costs: For any order, the return shipping cost for your first return package is free. You must use the return label we provide ("Return Label") (see the "Return Request Process" section below for details) and mail the return package back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you have already returned items from the order but wish to make additional returns from other items in the same order, you may use the return label we provide, and a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that additional returns must also be mailed within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returning Multiple Items from Different Orders in the Same Package: If you wish to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you are returning are eligible for a combined label, please ensure all items to be returned are placed in one package.

Return Request Process

  1. Log in to your jiajing account.

  2. Go to "My Orders," find the order containing the items you wish to return, and click "Order Details."

  3. Then click to contact customer service to request a return or refund.

  4. You can return the items via express delivery or logistics.

  5. When shipping via express delivery or logistics, promptly inform customer service of the tracking number.

Please note that due to restrictions by logistics carriers, certain return methods may not support your return. For postal returns, securely package the return items, using the original packaging if possible, and firmly attach the return label to the outside of the return package. Send the return package via express delivery or logistics to the specified location (as informed by customer service). Your return package must be mailed within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that returned items must be mailed using the correct return label or QR code. If multiple return labels or QR codes are used for multiple items being returned, please do not confuse them.

Note:

  1. Do not return the items to the sender address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect your return processing. You should only send the items back to the address provided on the return label we provide.

  2. Ensure that no items not purchased on the jiajing website or app are mistakenly included in the return package. We are not responsible for sending these items back to you.

  3. To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please ensure the items you return match the details listed in your return request. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from processing your return.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are only issued after eligible items have been mailed within 30 days of the delivery date, arrived at our warehouse, and passed our quality inspection.

  2. For products returned under this Return Policy and passed our quality inspection, we generally process your return request within 72 hours, and refunds will be issued to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval. However, shipping delays may cause refund delays, so please be patient for a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  3. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
